1. What this service is
Qimen Strategy provides personal consultations based on Qi Men Dun Jia, a classical Chinese method of reading timing, direction and momentum. Readings are prepared individually for you and delivered in writing, or by live call on the consultation tier.
Readings are cultural consultation. They are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and they are not a prediction of the future in the sense of a guaranteed outcome.
2. What we do not promise
No outcome is guaranteed. A reading maps conditions and gives you a strategy; what you do with it remains your decision and your responsibility.
3. What we will not accept
- Requests to predict lottery numbers, gambling results or stock prices
- Requests for medical diagnosis or instructions about medication or treatment
- Requests to decide a legal case or replace a lawyer's advice
- Requests to make investment decisions on your behalf
- Requests about a third party's private life that they have not consented to
Such orders are declined and refunded in full.
4. Ordering and payment
You place an order by sending your question through the order form and paying the listed price by PayPal. Payment confirms your place in the queue; the chart is cast after payment is received.
5. Delivery
Written readings are delivered within 2 business days of payment. Consultations are scheduled within 3 business days. If you need it sooner, an expedited option may be available at an additional fee.
6. Refunds
If the chart has not yet been cast, you receive a full refund, no questions asked. Once your reading has been delivered, it cannot be refunded, because the work is complete. If something in your reading is wrong or incomplete, tell us and we will put it right.
7. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK customers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because a reading is a digital service that begins immediately at your request, you agree when you order that performance starts straight away, and you lose the right of withdrawal once the chart has been cast and delivered.
8. Age
This service is for adults aged 18 and over.
9. Confidentiality
Your question, your details and your reading stay between us. We do not publish, quote or share them with anyone else. Case studies, if ever published, are anonymised and used only with explicit permission.
10. Your reading is for you
The reading is licensed for your personal use. It may not be resold or republished as your own work.
11. Limits of liability
Our liability for any claim connected with a reading is limited to the amount you paid for that reading. We are not liable for business, financial or personal decisions you make after receiving it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your own country.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
